Hot Potato! Hot Potato! Hot Potato! Hot!!!

This little guy you see pictured above has turned out to be the highlight of Therapy. My kids love this little guy; when I introduced him in a session he became an instant hit. Mr. Potato Head was used as a fun way to work with my Articulation kids. However, there is a twist on how I use Mr. Potato Head. Prior to the start of therapy Mr. Potato Head thinks of special number that he only tells me and this number determines the number of times the kids are to say their target phoneme in either isolation, syllable, word, phrase, or sentence levels. Mr. Potato Head was found at Wal-Mart for a very low cost, and provides his own music which made this idea even better. I even participate in the festivities at times, and the kids give me words to say.
